On Friday night we went to Bob's fiftieth aniversary of his college basketball team's national championship. I got to meet all of his teammates and their wives, and all the players talked for a few minutes about what they are doing now. It was a lot of fun. Here they are with their medals.
Thanks for letting me visit for a whole week, Lindy and Chris. I sure had fun getting to know my first grandbaby.

Back from Texas
I had a great visit with Lindy, Chris, and Riley Cat, and I'm pleased to report that Riley is the world's most perfect child. Really, she is a sweet, good-natured baby and Lindy and Chris are the most competent, loving parents ever. We spent a lot of time watching Riley sleep and taking pictures of all of her cute faces. She is adorable.
Riley likes getting her hair washed! I didn't think it was possible for babies to not scream during baths, but once again, here is more proof of her perfectness.
The cats took turns being my roomie. Jessie reminds me of Ribbie, which made me a little sad, but she kept my legs warm at night. Cute kittie.

Rick had to wear his satellite dish because he was gnawing on his leg. I don't think he likes it much, but he sure looks stylish when he wears it, so we took a million photos of that, too.
We tried to take a Mimi-and Riley portrait just before I left on Friday, but Riley wasn't really in the mood. Luckily every face Riley makes is adorable.
